Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I've lived in Europe and I think that gives me an edge in not only learning, but eating, a foreign cuisine and the cuisine of France is my best-loved. But I also spent years in New Orleans and learned a uniquely American style of cuisine. Showing people that cooking is full of things your mother should have told you - but our mothers never got around to it. So let me save you a few steps instead.

Suzanne (La Cuisiniere) always makes the most delicious and original creations designed for each special occasion. My favorites are her Elizabethan goodies which have flavors never before experienced in this century. She's always on time and well-organized, generously welcoming with her bounty. She caters events which leave a unique taste on the palate, pleasing the tummy and heart!

Chef exceptional, her French Cuisine is superb and the deserts and breads are to die for. When Suzanne invited my wife and I for dinner at her place we prepared for a gastronomic delight. We were not disappointed. Can we come again?

To partake of Suzanne's food is to sample a little bit of heaven. And she's a teaching angel! Even for those of us who have two left thumbs in the kitchen, her patience and her skill are given so generously i would put myself in her hands any day!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work out pricing with each individual student. It depends on what you want to learn and how difficult that is!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Making a seasonal chutney with Farmer's Market fruits and vegetables and using green cardamon seeds for the first time - what a rush! The best spices are worth every penny.
