- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we will schedule a recorded onboarding call with one of our project managers. They will listen to your needs, suggest proven solutions, and help you get a sense of our process. This call will take 15-20 minutes at the end of which you will be presented with a proposal containing our contract, pricing, deliverables, etc. You will have the option to review this proposal with your project manager on site, or 'take it home' (so to speak) and take some time to digest it. All proposals are digital with legally binding e-signatures meaning you may access them from anywhere without fear of spilling your coffee on the one copy you have. Upon signature you automatically receive a copy of your proposal and your project manager will reach out to begin the pre-production phase of your project. Projects typically take 1-3 weeks TOTAL to complete but can be completed in as little as 2 business days (depending on scope) when rush delivery is selected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our crew members (think photo and video production) come from the film world with up to 30 years experience working in episodic television and feature films. On the backend, we ONLY hire trained analysts and media buyers with a minimum of 5 years experience. Our creative directors, project managers, and producers undergo rigorous in house training to ensure they meet the highest standards. All this is headed by our founder who comes from a corporate ad sales background working with companies like Coca Cola and the LA Dodgers.
