Hello, My name is Michelle (Mica) Chavez, I have over 35 years of experience as a professional chef. I have cooked in 6 countries, for 4 US Presidents and 1 Mexican President. I was the Chef De Cuisine for the PGA Champions dinner and have been featured on numerous TV programs, cooking segments, print and radio. I create custom menus for each client that focuses on their individual preferences so each experience is unique. I focus on fresh, from raw ingredients, preparation and presentation. Cooking is not only my profession, it is my passion.

Mika was hands-down the most professional personal chef I have ever worked with. Her communication was amazing, and she worked around our schedule which helped so much! She she also worked with all our different dietary restrictions, and made sure everyone was satisfied the whole time. Her food was absolutely incredible, and I will be bragging about her to Literally anyone who’s willing to listen! Learning about her passion for not only cooking, but teaching was so special! She’s so down to earth, and I will be hiring her for all future Santa Fe events!
