- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Santa Fe residents receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a text and someone will return your call that same day. Every job is different and requires specific people and skills. We will need to know the exact details of the job in order to create terms for the job. Typically this means seeing the job and the location(s). Once this information is received, the terms of the job are created and a copy will be emailed to you for you to sign and return along with the security deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come with a lot of experience using the best techniques and equipment to ensure safe delivery without damaging the walls or floors. This includes using body harnesses to navigate tight corners and moving rugs to protect walls, carpet and flooring.
