I am 100% satisfied with their service! We recently had a problem with our main office computer and I spent hours trying to fix it. Getting ready to reformat, reload, reconfigure, and spend another 8 hours on this problem, a client of mine suggested I call CyberSmart IT. Once onsite, their IT specialist Caleb finds an obscure BIOS problems and has me up and running again in under 30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. Their phone number is now permanently on a yellow sticky on the bottom of my monitor!
