- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training is backed by 30 plus yrs in the trades. Plus, my teacher who still builds to this day has 60-yrs in the industry. You can't get that knowledge from reading a textbook or watching a YouTube video.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I believe a customer should ask pertinent questions such as. Does the company that contacts them are they qualified and licensed? Because 30 yrs in the trades just doesn't fall out of the sky. We want the consumer to have value and confidence in our products and services and know that we'll be there for them if the need arises.
