What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By the half hour or hour...decreases per person joining in any session or class...Skype premium depends on coach selected and their base rate. Seminars and other projects are by big.
Best bet is company, group, or bring your own class with you for lowest per person rate.
Each project is bid based on needs, demand and overhead.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation by phone or in office. Then set what a plan of when we can meet and where on a regular basis to address specific needs. Ongoing general training also available Skype/Facetime (prefer Facetime as it is 'cleaner') available, even in town.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keep up on all trades, take seminars when I can, have PhD and post graduate work, have quarterly training thought two clients (employers), post daily blogs in three areas of expertise (communication, acting and life coaching) and read what I can.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have a team in the right place at the right time to help individuals, companies and organizations achieve their goals, and we enjoy helping.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Acting coaching, self confidence training, public speaking technique, over coming fear and preparing them for what is going on now, and for their future.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A former client who thanked me because she landed the job she always wanted, where she wanted to live and for considerably more than she expected in salary and compensation. Her success was the short term loss of a client, but a big victory for both of us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Quality and personal attention are worth the risk at any price.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is no easy fast track way to fame or confidence. You will always have to work at it, love it, enjoy it and feel safe in knowing how much more you can learn and experience as you keep growing. Check us out.
