We had changed TV, internet providers and lost use of our home theater. Kelvin was very responsive to our needs. As it turned out Kelvin was in a nearby city but tried to walk me through my issue while communicating on line. Not being very tech savvy myself it didn't work. Kelvin came out to our home and got us up and running. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and his work quality. I would certainly use him in the future.
