We worked with Kelvin over two months as he completed almost all of the electrical work in our home remodel. He installed outlets, switches, recessed LED lights, can lights, thermostats, smoke detectors, and fire flashers throughout our home. In addition to this, he had to troubleshoot several issues left over from a previous contractor and the original construction. Kelvin was a joy to work with: he was very transparent and forthcoming when an issue became greater in scope than he originally thought, providing detailed information on how the previous work was not up to code and how he would fix it. His communication level is top notch! He would send video summaries of his work as well as pictures each day, and was extremely responsive to follow up questions. This is above and beyond what we’ve experienced with other contractors. We would eagerly work with Kelvin again on any future electrical projects.
