Hussain and his colleague wall mounted a 85” TV. The job was completed very professionally and quickly. They removed all the shipping and packaging material (there was a lot!). Overall a job very well done.

Hussein and Mike were extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Put in a request late in the evening, he responded the next morning with same day availability. Made suggestions and we ended up deciding to go a different direction with mounting the TV, but he had all the parts necessary on hand. He even helped with another job (mounting a large picture) that was not necessarily what he does every day- just goes to show how helpful he’s willing to be. Thanks!

I had them install a 65 inch television wall mounted with a sound bar. They showed up right on time with a wall kit. I was not advised that I had to supply the HDMI cable. Fortunately, I did have an extra. When they were finished with the installation, they explained how to use the tv and remote control. They were very knowledgeable and explained in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately, after they left, I needed to center the sound bar and turn the TV a certain direction. That’s when I realized that all of the cables were too short and wouldn’t allow any movement. When Hussain(the owner) came by to dispose of our old TV I showed him the short cables. He immediately said it would be corrected. He offered several suggestions for solutions to the problem. I agreed and he set up an appointment for the following day bringing the correct cables. I received a call the following morning and they were able to come right away. I am not sure if it was a competitive price because no other company returned my calls or emails. I am very satisfied with the work that was done by Sierra Tech Connect. I would hire them again!

They we're great. They came and got the job done in no time. After they put my flat screen up on the wall mount they also made sure that the remote to the cable box worked and that the TV was also programmed for me.
