About

From Fast Food to Fine Flavor: My Culinary Journey I fell in love with cooking at 15, and that passion has carried me through every kitchen I’ve worked in — from fast food counters to rehabilitation centers and hospital settings. Today, I serve as a production chef, crafting daily specials that nourish over 100 people with care and creativity. Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter — one where I get to share my love of food in a more personal, boutique way. Whether it’s a whimsical bite, a heartfelt menu, or a travel-inspired feast, I believe food should tell a story. And I’m here to make every dish a delicious memory.
