- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet the customer face-to-face for the first meeting that way it puts a face to the name and allows us to discuss cleaning services in person. I’m able to ask certain questions about allergies and for the customer to be specific on what their expectation is of our cleaning or what they want cleaned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years cleaning condominiums in a tourist town.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was asked by a friend to help her while her worker was on leave. Once the worker returned I decided to move closer to my son and open my own cleaning service.
