Luis and Ramiro really worked at making sure I was happy with the project. They tried a few options and together we found the best way to reroute our plumbing. They made sure everything was done, worked, was cleaned and that we were happy. Top notch!

They are scammers. They charge you a dispach fee but wont give you a quote untill they show up. Whether it takes them 5 minutes or 1 hr to fix the problem they will charge you the same price of about 700. Then when you decline they charge you the dispatch fee. Look for someone that charges a dispatch fee and an hourly rate.

My hot water heater wasn't working. I called Riley & they had a same-day appointment at 9am. That's exceptional & I liked that! The tech, Daniel, was very knowledgeable & professional. He diagnosed the thermocoupler to be the issue. He had the parts on his truck. After about 70 minutes later, the problem was fixed & my hot water was restored. Thanks fellas!
