FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have fair yet competitive pricing. I’m not the cheapest nor am I the most expensive. I price jobs so that I’m able to produce top quality craftsmanship and not even entertain the thought of taking any cheesy shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initial contact has been made I like to find out in detail what each customers complete vision is and how they perceive the project to look upon completion. I inquire about any thoughts ideas or even if there are questions or concerns. Once I’ve been fully informed by my new client, all those items mentioned are addressed and feedback is given IE an answer, a solution, an opinion basically an informed intelligent response so that people know they and their needs are priority number one. Once I have done my best to create an inviting and comfortable business arrangement we can get to the business at hand. Meaning when shall the work begin, provide and estimate of how long a project may take. Possibly go over a materials list if necessary. I like to address any possible unforeseen roadblocks that could cause a project to become more involved. Even the seemingly simplest jobs have a tendency to take on a life of their own. Only in a perfect world would everything run smooth like butter every time. Lol. Fortunately I’m great at problem solving and or finding the right solution when faced with adversity. Idk each customer and situation has its own veritable. I’m easy going and driven to create happy repeat customers. So however I can make someone’s experience memorable while providing the best results, that’s how working with new customers is a new experience every time.
