Stephanie was an integral part in the success of our health retreat. We ran a retreat for 7 days, and Stephanie was flexible, attentive, and professional. We left Stephanie at our house to clean and came back several hours later and were pleasantly surprised. We have lots of hardwood floors and tile floors in our bathrooms. The hardwoods were shining and the bathroom floors looked better than they have in months!! Everything was clean as a whistle ... very impressed and I will definitely ask her to come again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20/hr, with a 3-hour minimum for single-family homes, condos, and offices. If requested, a fixed rate is available for recurring customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to find out exactly what the customer wants. Once that is established I will start with bathrooms, moving to the bedrooms next, then the common areas and finish with the kitchen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning vacation rentals with an aunt when I was in high school. We had long term rentals and daily check-ins. I learned that customer satisfaction should be the most important part of the job. A happy customer will want to share the experience..
