- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sierra Chef can work within any budget provided. Events are booked with a non-refundable deposit of the total amount for the event. Final payment and guest count are due 30 days prior to the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sierra Chef will either sit down with you or schedule a conference call at your convenience to discuss all aspects of your event. An event flow for your event will be create describing all details.
