I had a great experience with Controlled Comfort! They came out to replace all of our AC filters, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. The technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. It’s such a relief knowing our system is running with clean filters, and the air in our office already feels fresher. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you call us or schedule online, our team will get in touch with you and confirm a service window that works best for you. Our Technicians will provide you a 30 min courtesy call prior to arrival at your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team takes advantage of regular training offered by our great partners at Trane as well HVAC parts suppliers. These trainings keep our team up to date on Energy Rebates that are available as well as the newest products and technology in the HVAC industry.
