I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so I take the time to provide fair and accurate estimates based on the customer’s specific needs and budget. I also offer competitive pricing, quality workmanship, and reliable service to make sure customers get the best value for their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs, concerns, and goals for their home or project. From there, I schedule an on-site visit to inspect the system or space, discuss options, and provide an honest recommendation along with a clear estimate. Once the customer is comfortable moving forward, I handle the installation or service with attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for their home. After the job is completed, I make sure everything is working properly and answer any questions to ensure the customer feels confident and satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained over 25 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, working on everything from new construction projects to retrofitting older homes with modern, energy-efficient systems. Throughout my career, I’ve stayed up to date with industry standards, installation techniques, and new HVAC technologies to provide reliable, high-quality service for my customers.
