- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken wine appreciation classes, and I do attend various tasting events. It is also important for me to stay current with my Alcohol Awareness Certification and Sherrif's Work Permit which is granted only by way of background check and fingerprints cards.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the bartender you hire for your event has the proper and valid alcohol service cards, permits and/or license. Ultimately, you are responsible for your guests... a professional, knowledgable bar tender will be conscientious and avoid "over-serving" guests. A consummate professional will make sure... "A good time is had by all"
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would like my customers to know that I really do care...I take pride in my work, I want to make sure I provide my customers with exactly what they want. I have no problem re-making a drink until it is exactly the way the customer wants it, even if it is a crazy combination.
