- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing and also payment plans depending on the cost of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have each client who is receiving business or consulting services complete a client questionnaire (this is not applicable to resume clients). Once that form is completed, I reach out for an intake call to go over all vital details to make the project successful. For resume clients, I go directly to an intake call. After all intake calls, clients will receive an invoice for payment to initiate the process (payment plans are available depending on the cost of the project).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of Human Resources/Business experience across various industries, overseeing global teams. Heavy background in talent/training, recruiting, compensation, benefits and employee relations. I own 2 businesses with one being a logistic/freight company that runs across the US. I hold a BA in Public Administration, a Masters in HR Management, an MBA with a Strategic Management concentration and also a Masters degree in Employee & Labor Relations. Lastly, I consult for various companies in states including, but not limited to - NV, DC, NY, CO, CA, AZ and FL while also teaching business courses to junior and senior level college students.
