- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon a number of factors including, number of guests served, menu selections, delivery & attendance fees and also any optional linen or place setting rentals. Any pricing quoted in inquires on this site are rough estimates based on basic information provided and do NOT include taxes,gratuity, or delivery/set up fees. I charge a non refundable $100 booking deposit, that is deducted from your final balance. It will not be refunded in cases where service is cancelled or the remaining balance is unpaid. I charge a minimum $25 tasting consultation which consists of 2 entrees or 4 appetizers.
