We had a great experience with Ray, the air con technician. After being overcharged by another company that tried to upsell us on a $2,600 blower motor and even suggested replacing the entire unit for $17,000, Ray was a breath of fresh air. He came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it efficiently and affordably. While the other tech charged an expensive service fee and did nothing, Ray actually opened up the unit, figured out the issue, and got our AC working again in no time. Highly recommended!

I just want to say that it is VERY hard to find good companies that don’t take advantage of you. It’s hard to trust they are doing their best. It’s hard to know if you’re being lied to….
But with Ray, and this company, I KNOW I’m getting everything all in one. He explains everything, takes photos, works with parts companies and warranty claims. He’s patient, and pleasant. He removes his shoes and or puts covers on over them. He didn’t give up until we found and solved the problem. Or in our case, problems!
But he communicated with me, allowed me to update him regularly and he handled it all perfectly! Working extended hours to ensure we had AC in this hot summer!
I HIGHLY recommend using this company, because you get someone who knows what they are doing, at a fair price, with excellent communication, and integrity!
