FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use straightforward flat-rate pricing, so you know the cost upfront — no surprises, no watching the clock. Each price covers parts, labor, and travel in one number, and we'll always walk you through the estimate before any work begins. We offer financing through Optimus and Wisetack, extended labor and parts warranties through JB Warranties (1–12 years available), and seasonal promotions on equipment changeouts. Veterans, first responders, and seniors — ask about our courtesy discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call or message so we can understand what's going on — whether it's an emergency, a maintenance tune-up, or a full install. We schedule a convenient time window, send a NATE-certified technician in a marked truck, and you'll get a text when they're on the way. On site, the tech diagnoses the issue, walks you through what they found with photos, and presents flat-rate options before any work starts. Once you approve, we get to work, clean up after ourselves, and follow up to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Chris Marshall, is a U.S. Marine Corps Combat Veteran with over 25 years in HVAC. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at CSN and UNLV, sits on the Advisory Board for CSN's Applied Sciences HVAC program, Northwest Career College, and United Education Institute, and is a past President of SNARSCA (Southern Nevada Air Conditioning Refrigeration Service Contractors Association). Our technicians hold NATE certifications, EPA 608 refrigerant certifications, and complete ongoing manufacturer training through Trane, Carrier, and others. We're a Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer and a Veteran-Owned Business licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board (C-21 HVAC #0092746 and C-1 Plumbing #0093004).
