Keiara is extremely knowledgeable about business entities and contracts. I have hired her to review bylaws, draft contracts, and she ever created my employee handbook. She is responsive and very good at explaining the hard legal stuff that I usually wouldn’t get. I would and have already recommended her to my friends and family. She is one of the good lawyers.

This law firm handles all of our company’s legal needs. The subscription plan is a great value and has been a lifesaver for us.
