I first encountered Taylor Law Group while looking to form my business. The lead attorney, Keiara, is a wiz at business and helped me to properly file all necessary paperwork and organize my business and tax structure. I took the firm's business courses which offered so much useful information to help me seamlessly set up my operations. I never imagined that a lawyer could help me in such a way, but I'm so glad I discovered the business services at this firm.
But, the firm became even more helpful to me when I suddenly faced a divorce and needed help navigating through the proceedings and meeting all the deadlines. Keiara is extremely knowledgeable about business entities and contracts. I have hired her to review bylaws, draft contracts, and she ever created my employee handbook.
