- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of event, equipment needed, location of event, and what exactly the customer wants. I do provide Military/Veteran Discounts, Senior Discounts, and First Responder Discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I try to get to know them. I believe in a personal relationship between a service provider and a client. I don’t want them to feel like a number or name on a page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years in the field doing Sound engineering and DJ’ing. I started when I was about 12 years old at my friends party.
