It is something I have wanted to do since I was a little girl. Finally I am realizing my dream come true.
What types of customers have you worked with?
When I first meet a new client I spend time talking about what they want done. I ask questions until I am sure I understand what they are looking for. We discuss health concerns of the pet as well as any behavior issues. I will also give recommendations. But a clients desires always come first
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a company where the same groomer will come each time. This way a relationship can and will develop between your dog and the groomer. This makes it easier on you pet.
