His electrical work was fine. The issue was he told me prior to hiring him that he had no trouble with patching the drywall when finished. Then when he got done. He said he was not able to do the drywall repair. "I do electric not drywall." I then asked why he said he could do it, and he didn't really have a good answer. I had to hire a carpenter to come out to do the repairs. Again, his electrical work has no problems, he just should not have said he would do the finish work if he was not able.
