General Contracting

Overall the team at AllState did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They responded almost immediately and kept me looped in the entire process. There were some delays with covid and permitting, but they were sure to update me every step of the way. They also were incredibly fair with pricing, when something unexpected popped up they took on a portion of the cost because they had not included it in the estimate. The work itself was beautiful and their team was filled with courteous, punctual, and talented individuals. The final project is beautiful and better than we expected. Would absolutely hire them again.

Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement

We paid for the installation of a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter. The tech that came out installed the filter without issue but failed to properly install the water softener. He installed the plastic tubing to the drain improperly, leaving 2 kinks in the tubing as well as not securing it (see picture). He also failed to program the water softener. For the price we paid, I figured they could just follow the instructions in the manual. Once I turned on the water softener on to prime it, the tubing burst open and water spilled everywhere (see picture). We scheduled a return appointment so they could fix their initial mistake and were given a 2 hour window. Unfortunately, they never came to our house or updated us on the status on their arrival. We still have a nonfunctioning water softener and I'm still trying to have someone come fix it. Very poor experience with them so far. Update: Once they were aware, they did everything to fix the issue. Another person came out and immediately repaired the problem. The team was very apologetic and seemed to only want to make the situation right. Great response from them!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    As a provider to many insurance and warranty companies, our costumers benefit from competitive pricing and easy payment options. There are no hidden fees!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We collect as much information as possible from a potential costumer over the phone or e-mail, including pictures and notes. Appointments are then scheduled, generally within a 3 hour window. Costumers will be notified when their tech is en route and will be able to track them. We walk through the project with the costumer, offering ideas and options. Then a written and/or emailed proposal is provided, with a detailed scope of work. We offer easy payment options (cash, check, credit card), and also work with a few lenders and can help with financing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our technicians have a minimum of 2 year experience. We run background checks and drug testing on all our employees. Weekly meetings and ongoing training are mandatory.
