He did a very poor job. Poor painting, failed flooring and rude. He placed the floor on tacks, nails and carpet residue. The floor started being squeaky and I brought in another person just to find out he laid down the floor on all that. When I wrote to him, he said we did not agree that he removes the nails!!! How do you do the floor without preparing the floor? He spent 10 hrs covering the floor and furniture downstairs stating he was going to spray paint, just to turn around and use a roller and still charge me for the 10 hrs. The following day, he continued to paint but the paint looked off. He insisted that it would change when it dried, another 10 hrs but the paint looked different just to later learn it was because he didn’t stir it properly. He left paint all over the ceiling too. I had to have the whole project repeated. The problem is that he is very rude when you ask him. He said the flooring and the paint was not good because it came from habitats! Yet, the person correcting his work is using the same and doing a fantastic job.
