Introduction: Being a trained Jungian psychotherapist makes a wonderful addition to my life coaching, adding a spiritual element. With my background in Jungian psychology and astrology, I can understand the unconscious workings of the psyche, which helps me help you understand why you do the things you do. It is our unconscious behaviors that often trip us up, and once you understand what stands in the way of you getting what you really want out of life, your life shifts. I love working with people to help them learn to 'know thyself'. The more conscious we are of who we are and what we want out of life, the better our life will go. I love seeing people grow and change from working with their dreams, disciplining themselves and committing to a goal, recognizing and embracing their 'shadow' - that part of them that they don't recognize but which keeps them trapped in the past and unable to grow. And most of all, when people turn to their spiritual awareness for answers to life's questions.

Cathy introduced me to the language of dreams. I felt lost at first because the people in the group spoke a different language, that of symbolism and myth I wasn't familiar with. I kept coming to each of our meetings under Cathy's talented coaching. Slowly, the veil of confusion disappeared. I was finally getting it. I've been coached by Cathy for years now and I cannot speak enough of how much wisdom she brought to me. She is a mother figure, gentle and caring although very upfront with things, to include matters of the heart. I appreciate her so much for the amazing rewards she brings to my life. Cathy Pagano is a true life saver. With her knowledge of the human psyche and her love of Myth and Magic and storytelling, she will get to the lead of the situation and help you to transform it into gold. She does not help you by telling you what to do, she transforms you by relating your story to all of the powerful stories of the world and suggesting where your quest for truth might be. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My dream work and counseling sessions are $105.00 for an hour. I also have a sliding scale for those in need of help. My astrology sessions are $160.00, which includes chart and recording and runs about 1 hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get to know each other and find out what your expectations are. What do you want to accomplish? Then I use whatever intuitive/psychological/coaching tools best fit the situation. Each session is tailored to the client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a M.A. in Counseling Psychology. I am a diploma candidate at the C. G. Jung-Institute. I have studied astrology for over 35 years. I am a certified iPEC Coach.
