- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am super flexible, open to finding the right price that’s fair for both parties. At the end of the day, I’d rather you feel good about our interaction and the content your paying for, and I refuse to let money prevent that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Seek understanding. Build trust. Communicate effectively. Research if necessary. Then work to produce content at the level I would expect for my own business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelors in Graphic Arts. 9 years with Apple Inc., and 15 years in production design and studio design.
