- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want the best outcome and experience for you. i dont mind the client being exact about what they want. I welcome it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to ask what my client does at home to their makeup and what is in the skin care routine. Then i ask what look they want look at inspo pics, if any. Come up with the look with the client, then talk them through the makeup process in between the great conversation we may be having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed esthetician. I worked for Mac Cosmetics for 6 years.
