Chef Creon Mallett is AMAZING!!! I scheduled his service for my fiancé’s 37th birthday, and it was such a joy! The food was high-quality, fresh & extremely flavorful. The pasta was hand-cut right in front of us & the lobster THE BEST we have ever had! The wine pairing was amazing, and perfectly complimented the dishes Chef Creon provided a fresh white rose as a center piece which really elevated the ambience The chef was extremely professional, yet welcoming. Great conversationalist and very responsive He’s cleanup job after the dinner was amazing!! Dishes loaded, countertops wiped and a few extra bits left in the fridge!! Hire him for your project!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants for 20 years, and I have a Bachelors degree in culinary management. I have operated kitchens all around the world from Alaska to Australia. I have done numerous pop-ups, in home events, and weddings.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for cooking that started when I was young and in my grandmothers kitchen.
