I have hired this chef many times over the last 4 months and have had only great experiences. His menu for the evening is always customized to my kid's or husband's requests. The ingredients are fresh and beautifully plated. Sometimes we ask for something comforting for a casual family dinner and sometimes we ask for a more fancy dinner with multiple courses (like if we're celebrating something). And if my husband and I are having dinner without the kids, he kicks it up a notch with herbs and spices or seafood and things my kids wouldn't eat. After dinner, he wraps up and leaves the kitchen looking clean. My favorite is when he leaves scones or fresh juice for us all to enjoy the next morning. It really makes those chaotic mornings a lot easier. I'm planning on hiring him again when my family is in town. I feel safer if we all stay in and we can still get a restaurant quality meal.

I have worked in restaurants for 20 years, and I have a Bachelors degree in culinary management. I have operated kitchens all around the world from Alaska to Australia. I have done numerous pop-ups, in home events, and weddings.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for cooking that started when I was young and in my grandmothers kitchen.
