- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants for 20 years, and I have a Bachelors degree in culinary management. I have operated kitchens all around the world from Alaska to Australia. I have done numerous pop-ups, in home events, and weddings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for cooking that started when I was young and in my grandmothers kitchen.
