Ariana is a true professional in every way. She offers workouts that give results! Her knowledge of fitness is broad and she always has fantastic advice. I would recommend Ariana to anyone wanting to improve their nutrition, reshape their body, and better themselves! She is the best there is...and she doesn't just talk it, she lives it!

My work with Ariana has been twofold. She first helped me make strides in my business career by helping me gain focus on a clear success path and proper goal implementation. More recently we have worked on my nutritional needs and make minor adjustments that have paid big dividends! I feel great!

I started to workout on my own, however, between my 3 girls going to school, their homework, etc I wasn't finding the time to be consistent in my workout routine. Ariana helped me with an amazing workout to fit my crazy schedule. I feel my energy coming back, my body is definitely improving and I am so happy to have DLF make me feel alive again!!!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Weight loss, muscle toning, gaining strength and endurance, helping them find confidence in their bodies again.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find someone (gender and personality) who you feel comfortable talking. With body reshaping, some of the issues are intimate in nature, or at least you may feel uncomfortable talking about them with a trainer of the opposite gender. Make sure they are good listeners, but also good at pushing you past your comfort zone so that you will achieve your weight loss or toning goals. Lastly, a sense of humor is important for both of you. You will be spending a lot of time in close proximity, and as a trainer pushes the client, the client can offten suffer from a shortness of temper. The trainer that can get the client to laugh is a trainer you want to work with!
