Hi, I’m Victoria, owner of Olive Branch Notary Co. I’m a mobile and remote online notary serving the Las Vegas area.
I started Olive Branch because I wanted to make getting documents notarized feel simple and easy for everyone.
For mobile appointments, I can meet you at home, work, a hospital, hotel, coffee shop, or wherever is most convenient for you. If you don’t need an in-person appointment, I also offer Remote Online Notarization so you can meet with me online from wherever you are.
You’ll always work directly with me, from your first message through your notarization. Just reach out and tell me what you need help with, and we can go from there.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of notarization, number of signatures, appointment location, and travel required. I provide a clear quote before confirming your appointment so you know what to expect. Remote Online Notarization is also available for eligible documents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a message with a few details about what you need, including the type of document, number of signers, preferred date and time, and appointment location. I’ll review your request, confirm availability, and provide a quote. For mobile appointments, I travel to the agreed location. Remote Online Notarization is also available for eligible documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Nevada Notary Public and registered Nevada Electronic Notary. I have completed specialized notary and loan signing training and continue my education to stay current on proper procedures, document handling, and professional standards.
