From Sweltering Heat to Cool Bliss– Worth Every Penny!
Our 24-year-old AC finally died, leaving us without cooling for several hot days in Las Vegas. Polar Air’s technician and sales team were outstanding—they gave us honest repair options without any pressure, clearly laying out costs vs. replacement. We went with the new 4-ton Lennox Merit system, and the price was beyond reasonable.
From the first call to the main office, every single person was professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. The install went smoothly, and we’re now comfortable again and satisfied thus far. Highly recommend Polar Air if you want a straight-shooting, quality HVAC company!

Polar Air installed a mini split in my master bedroom. Lalo gave a very reasonable quote which beat everyone else. They installed a Mitsubishi system with a 12 year warranty. The installer was very efficient and did a great job. We couldn't be happier with Polar Air.

Every other company that I had come and give us an estimate was full of BS trying to get more money out of me polar air and heating was honest from the get-go didn't sugar coat it and didn't try to make me pay more they made everything very easy worked with me and the day that they installed they did an outstanding job they were quick they were done within one day don't waste your money with these other companies call polar air and heating they will take care of your house or business like they did with us I will never use another company again extremely happy customer right here

First and foremost the best honest pricing and installation you will find in Las Vegas. I had 4 other HVAC companies wondering through my house to give me bids. One bid was so hi that my dog chased him out of the house. Polar Air gave me a bid over the phone and sent out an adjuster that beat the compatition by over 3,000.00 then when they let me know it was a new LENNOX with a heat pump I could not pass up there offer, how soon can you install was my output. They setup a day that I was free to be home. I received a text message that the install was going to take place on Monday of this week 3/23 @ 8:30am the team showed up right on time even a little before 8:30AM they placed floor covers over the floor and went to work replacing the Goodman HVAC that lasted just 5 years and the warranty was gone on it as the manufacture date from the last HVAC company sold me a new old unit so even though it was 5 years since installation the Polar Air boys showed me the unit was over 8 years old with a 5 year warranty. New system comes standard 10 warranty that Polar installed. My house is perfect temprature now. They did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system. Highly recommend

This Winter My furnace wouldn't send heat , I called Desert West , they were prompt and knew how to get Me some warm air! Then this latest heat wave My Air would not come on , Well , again Damiam S , showed up, to save the day ! Desert West is a great Co. and their fine staff can solve all your Heating- cooling needs.
