- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on volume of windows and location. Pricing can be effected by elevation, type of film selected or if existing film needs to be removed. We are very aggressive in pricing. We are not looking to be the most expensive, just the best selection for the customer. We honor our military with a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride our business with professionalism. We do not skip any steps. We find it most important to introduce our business directly. We will schedule a meeting to formally introduce ourselves. We do a very deep discovery to find out what you need. Hopefully we can be the solution. We will do a visual and measured evaluation. We will return to the office only after all questions and concerns are addressed. We will send you a formal proposal via email and text. If all works and meets your needs. We will agree on the job proposal. We then establish a date and time that fits with your schedule. We will call prior to the arrival. We will provide the service. We will ensure that you are satisfied and the job is completed as expected. We guarantee our services.
