I was delighted with Ben's responsiveness, his knowledge of food and his willingness to execute my requests. He is a very fine chef. He and his team delivered what one guest of mine said " was the best dinner I've been to in Reno! " From start to finish he and his team did a great job.Not only will I use CoCoMoe's again but I know several of my guests are planning to hire CoCoMores for events they are planning! I worked with Ben at CoCoMoe’s on a large dinner for the Sierra to the Sea Tour that had to eventually be cancelled because of Covid-19. He was amazingly responsive, helping us secure a venue in Lake Tahoe and, when we had to cancel, quickly working with us to refund as much as he could of our deposit. I was very impressed and would gladly work with him on future events.

CoCoMoes catering was extremely professional, responsive, but most of all, extremely delicious. We had them come to our rental house for my bachelor party, and they made a delicious multicourse meal for 12 people. They were flexible on menu (due to taste and dietary preferences) and were able to customize something that nailed it. Every single one of my bachelor party attendees kept spoking highly of the food for days. They even had to make a last minute dessert change, but the swapped in item ended up being better than I expected even the initial item to be. Will definitely use them again the next time we get a catered meal in the South Lake Tahoe area. The meal was all vegan as well, so look no further if you have this type of dietary restriction (though I'm sure their non-vegan food is just as amazing).

My standard pricing is to beat any and all quotes, and to provide a better menu, service, food and experience!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Of course providing references and answering any and all questions that they may have about their event is a must, but we also can customize our clients menu to fit their budget. Because of our efficiency and consistency we can offer the best price for the best food and service in Northern Nevada. Our personality and drive to be successful for our clients gives them the security to know that they have hired the best caterer/Chef for their special event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of cooking experience, I am a Certified Food Protection Manager, Certified Dietary Manager, and very very soon Certified Executive Chef.
