Hi! My name is Lauren and I truly enjoy cleaning. Even as a child, chores never bothered me …as long as they involved cleaning!!! As I got older, I realized that I was that friend that would come over, and just start cleaning your house… for FUN! I truly enjoy making a difference in someone’s home. Making it brighter! Cleaner! And so I thought, “WHY NOT MAKE IT A BUSINESS?!”. I’ve been cleaning houses for 4 years now and have excellent references. I am extremely reliable and trustworthy. I understand that having a stranger in your home can be scary, but I find it so important (and exciting) to build strong relationships with my clients, and communication is key! And I put put my passion of cleaning into every job. I look forward to adding some shine into your home!!!

Thumbtack only let me pick three things I liked out of five to choose from and I feel as though people like Lauren get cheated in that system because she excels and exceeded in every way for our requested tasks. From the first introductions to the completed job, my mind was completely at ease every step of the way due to Lauren's quick responses and awesome communication. You wanna talk results, my place looks like a 5 star hotel now, fancy towel folding included... love it! The little nuances seem to never escape her and the pride Lauren has in what she does, oozes from the pristine results. Couldn't be on site to visually inspect her work, which wasn't even remotely close to an issue, because she sent me photos of everything before I could even ask. I consider myself to be a rather shrewd consumer, and in my mind, getting better bang for your buck isn't going to happen in this market... while Lauren is an option. I simply refuse to use anyone else.

Lauren did an excellent job doing a deep clean of our home. She met with us ahead of time so that she could see the scope of the cleaning needed, priced accordingly, and completed the assignment without any issue. She set expectations of what she would clean and did everything that was expected. We would definitely hire her again!
