I had a new furnace and AC installed. First rate business. Excellent staff and service personnel, on time. Fair prices. Derrick is a top-notch employee. If you need HVAC check them out and enjoy the rare experience of a business who wants you to be completely satisfied. How long can they keep it up? Do it before they grow too big and things change.

We recently needed our furnace replaced and received a bid from the company our house used for its annual maintenance (Company A) and another company (Company B). Company B replaced our furnace. After our furnace was installed Company B performed its annual maintenance and stated the furnace wasnt installed properly. Company A came back out and said everything was fine. Not feeling confident in either company, we contacted Mountain West to inspect the furnace and perform maintenance. Justin was amazing. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and walked us through findings at every step of the inspection. His knowledge and ability to communicate his findings provided us great comfort. He made some necessary repairs and we could not be more pleased with his work and professionalism. If youre looking for an HVAC company and technician that are local and honest, I highly recommend Justin at Mountain West and Mountain West.

The Install was finished in a day for a new furnace and heatpump. The team did great and was very accommodating with requests and answering questions. Matt and Deric stayed behind to help with the thermostat set up and complete any clean up that needed done, along with adding a CO alarm I didn't realize I was missing.
