- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off market rate due to over twenty years of experience in the industry providing you, the client with the highest quality product and impeccable customer service in the industry today. With the attention to detail and my caring heart to personalize each package to best your needs, you will find full value in the services I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On a perfect day, I will meet with you in person over hot coffee or lemonade to get to know you and your hearts desires. I will ask you to tell me about your love story of how you fell in love. How many guests are you having or the size of wedding you're looking into? What are the three most important details of your wedding? Do you have a venue selected with a date? At this point we can see that our personalities fit well, and we can customize a package to fit your budget and pencil you in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years of experience in the wedding industry as a photographer, and I have worked with some of the sweetest and the most intense brides in town, whom all have been happy and satisfied with my services. Afterall, my goal as a photographer is to retain you and your family as future repeat clients so that I may continue journalizing every steppingstone of your lives.
