After all this covid and distancing, and the changes in the last couple years, we are fine-tuning our direction to helping people and families to CELEBRATE TOGETHER!
Be it Weddings, Family Reunions, Bachelorette, Birthday or even Celebrations of Life....We've got you covered!
We would rather put on something fun and creative, that has your specific personality on it, then just doing another event.
We have fun and innovative ideas, with no two events ever being the same! In addition to doing the planning, we can also offer our large 25 foot screen to display your photos, or videos that are near and dear to you. We have full Audio Visual capabilities for any type of event, from a ski/snowboard premiere to a family reunion slideshow.
Having been professionally trained by the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants in San Francisco in 2001, and being an Operations Mgr for North Lake Tahoe SnowFest for 10 years, I have plenty of contacts, experience, and resources to make your event a huge success!
I am also a very established bartender of over 28 yrs! I love the bartending aspect, and am very professional from set up on! Although now, I prefer to do it on an event/party basis! I do have many contacts for extras, so we are a one stop shop for your events and parties!

I contacted Pam literally like 2 days before the event. I automatically felt a sense of relief after speaking to her as I was in urgent need of someone that could manage my event. Pam seemed super knowledgeable & willing to come in & take charge. I am very grateful to have found her! She did not disappoint!! Very professional, accommodating & very kind. Thanks Pam!!

We needed a local event planner for a luncheon at one of our properties in Reno, NV. Pam came in with only 3 weeks to plan. She found us all the vendors we needed, went above and beyond to help us with activities and was so helpful the day of the event to make sure everything went well. She has excellent attention to details, very responsive and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Pam to anyone planning an event.

I waited until pretty late in the game to hire a day of wedding coordinator so I was unsure what to expect when I found Radiant Blue Events in my online search. I was contacted by Pamela who luckily had my date available and was very responsive every time we spoke. Planning can be stressful and I know I was not the most responsive or detailed with Pam until about 2 weeks before when it finally hit me. All of our conversations were constructive, quick and to the point and going into my wedding day I felt confident. She contacted all of my vendors, reminded me of some payments that slipped through the cracks and details I had not thought of or questions I had not given to my vendors. I was not prepared for how much she would take on during the actual event either. From things like forgetting my razor and coordination with all of my vendors Pam was TOTALLY on top of it and so helpful. Not to mention when our ring bearer took off with our wedding rings and I remember seeing Pam booking it across the country club to try to find him, she worked so hard all night long. To top things off, when we returned home the next day all of our gifts and floral were neatly placed in our house, our cake in the fridge and nothing was left behind at our venue. Not to mention her assistant was constantly (in a good way) in my view asking if I needed anything, refilling my drink ( never had to go to the bar) and so kind. I really don’t want to think about how my day would have gone without Pam and her assistant. I am grateful in every way for everything she did and our day was better because of it!

Radiant Blue Events planned and managed a recent family reunion in Lake Tahoe. Pam's experience, knowledge of the area venues and lodging, attention to detail, and creativity made our family event and exceptional experience... plus, she knows how to make stressful really fun! We will hire Pam and Radiant Blue Events for all our future event needs.
