Thank Steven for working me into your schedule today. We could never have moved those pieces of furniture. I had 3 large heavy pieces of furniture I needed moved from upstairs to downstairs. Reno moving responded right away. They kept me informed of their timing, and were very professionally. Definitely would call them again.

In general, moving is a pretty stressful experience. However, working with Steven and his team at Reno Moving Company reduced my stress and made for an exceptionally pleasant moving experience. To start, Steven actually took the time to come to my apartment and Reno and inspect things before quoting a cost. He was upfront about the options, considerations, and how long the entire process would take. I felt really comfortable with Steven and his team based on this level of professionalism and knowledge. On moving, Steven and his staffer arrived on time and got right to work. They were pleasant and with a global pandemic going on, very safe, making sure to wear masks. Traffic on the 80 was very gnarly that day but that didn't phase Steven and his team. They were patient and when they arrived at our new home they got right to work. As our new home was recently renovated I appreciated the carefullness and precision with which they moved and placed our items in the new apartment. I would recommend Reno Moving Company to anybody that wants to work with a moving company that value integrity and carries out their work with care.

I can definitely recommend Reno Moving Company. Stevie and his employees did an outstanding job moving us from our 2500 sq ft home. They were on time, always working, went over and above to take extra furniture we needed to go to a consignment store. Everything was wrapped & protected and made it to our new location intact and with no damage. They even helped us unload a second UHaul we had packed full. I hope we don’t move again for awhile but will call Reno Moving Company again when we do.

I needed some luggage moved in a very large home with lots of steps. Zach showed up within an hour of my requests. He moved everything quickly and carefully. He finished a job that would have taken us half a day in a little over an hour. Would highly recommend for a small moving project.

Stevie and Seth did a great job moving furniture within our home and out into the garage. They showed up on short notice ready to work. Even before they arrived they confirmed what we wanted to accomplish to make sure they brought the right equipment and vehicle for the job. I ended up moving more items around then initially discussed, and they were really great at checking in to see if there was anything else in each room. They also were very careful when moving the furniture to protect the furniture and walls. I definitely recommend Reno Moving Co!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are $60/hr per guy per hour with a 2 hour minimum

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Usually the customer will reach out and I will get all the information I need. If it is a bigger job I will have to stop by and check things out to make sure I have the correct size truck and best crew to get the job done correctly.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started doing moving jobs as in early teen back in the early 2000’s with my uncle who owned a moving company in the Bay Area.
