- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, condition, location, and complexity of each job. We provide clear estimates before starting the work so customers know what to expect. We believe in fair ,competitive pricing and quality workmanship. Any additional work or changes will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We star byblearning about the customer's needs and evaluating the property and trees involved. We then provide a clear estimate and explain the recommended work. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the job at a convenient time. After completing the work, we make sure the area is properly cleaned and the job is completed according to the agreed scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
our work is based on hands-on experience in tree Care, including, cleanup, and working safely around residential property work practices, job-site safety, and careful handling of trees and equipment.
