First things first! It’s hard entering a world that’s pretty geared towards masculinity, and the “quick” way to get things done. I’m especially grateful for a coach that was able to see where *i* am and develop a routine and ideas for discipline that... as much as I’d like to say I was capable on my own... I needed some direction, help, and encouragement! I get that every week and I’m super stoked to have come across someone I might have missed.

Working with Jesse was an invaluable experience that changed the trajectory of my life in a massive way. I was at rock bottom, adrenal fatigue stacked with psychological patterns that were keeping me stuck in my illusion. Jesse was there to witness, be a mirror and explain directly my experience as it would happen in the moment. Overall he taught me how to be self sufficient, giving me a framework that I will use for the rest of my life.
