Introduction: 34 years of top-quality and lifesaving service is my legacy. In 34 years, never once I lost a client's data. I know what it's like when your lifeline to your world isn't working. Getting you back up, connected, and able to be productive makes my day, but seeing that smile on your face is the moment I live for.
I charge a little more, but then I also can fix most problems in minutes where it take others hours and some cases days.
I have two mottoes that have come to define my service philosophy, and these are the following:
1. If I don't like a component enough to use it in my computer, I don't sell it.
2. Skilled labor ain't cheap, and cheap labor ain't skilled.
