FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any applicable tax is on the total price and not per item; I will waive the service-call charge on every quote/estimate if I am hired; If people have a budget, tell us and we will work around your budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, I’ve always been one to learn with my hands, and when I finally moved out on my own, I didn’t have a lot of money so I had to learn how to do a lot of things on my own. Eventually, I got jobs where I learned to do them professionally residential and commercial and little by little I started doing things on my own to my own house and then to my friends and family and then eventually, I just started advertising that I would do it for people. Also, I never forgot where I came from so I always strive to make everything I do affordable.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before requesting service, customers should be prepared to provide their city, a clear description of the work, and whether the project is a repair, replacement, or new installation. Photos or short videos of the area are strongly recommended to help provide accurate pricing.
