- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on a flat rate system, meaning we charge by task instead of by hour. That way you know exactly what you will pay upfront. Our philosophy is to find the balance between service, quality, and cost, so you get the absolute best value out of your investment. That's how we Make Every Penny Count!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to us via phone call, website form, online booking, etc. We will set up your customer profile and book your service appointment. The technician will give you a call before heading over. You will also receive a text with his picture and a quick profile about him. You will know all charges upfront before any work is done. Our standard is to be very cautious with your home, we wear shoe covers and keep our work area clean. The technician will take time to explain exactly what your options are and which one he recommends. After asking any questions you may have you will then choose what option works best for you. When the work is complete you can pay via cash, check, or credit card. When your system is working again, we'll ask for your feedback on your overall experience. Our goal is to make it a 5-Star experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are trained professionals. They have certification for EPA, OSHA, Manometer, etc. as well as trade school certificates. Our company is consistently investing in continuing education and training so out techs skills stay sharp and up to date with the ever-changing technology and best practices of heating and air conditioning.
