- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than fair, as I do not have much overhead compared to franchises such as ServiceMaster, ServPro, etc. I work with all insurance carriers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identifying the source, explaining the process, and the best course of action to take, also taking photo documentation of everything I do for myself, the customer, and/or the insurance company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
